These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ScreenMe job board and related services operated by ScreenMe Consulting Services.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the ScreenMe Service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Job seekers

Job seekers may browse and search listings, save jobs, set up job alerts, and build a profile. Listings are provided for informational purposes; ScreenMe is not the employer for aggregated or third-party listings and does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or outcome of any role.

5. Employers

  • Employers may purchase job postings, packages, and related services to advertise legitimate, lawful openings.
  • You agree that postings will be accurate, non-discriminatory, and compliant with applicable employment and advertising laws.
  • You may not post content that is misleading, fraudulent, or that promotes illegal activity, and you may not use the Service to collect candidate data for purposes unrelated to legitimate recruiting.
  • We may review, reject, or remove any posting or content at our discretion, including listings that do not relate to clinical trials or clinical research.

6. Payments and packages

  • Paid products (such as single job postings, run-till-filled postings, and multi-post packages) are one-time purchases processed through Stripe.
  • Package purchases grant a number of posting credits. Credits are applied to your account and remain usable until any stated expiration. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • All purchases are final. Please review our Refunds & Cancellations Policy before purchasing.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, harvest, or copy content or data from the Service without our written permission;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation; or
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

8. Third-party content and listings

The Service aggregates job listings from public sources and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, listings, or sites, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement. Verify details directly with the relevant employer.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by ScreenMe Consulting Services and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it except as permitted by these Terms. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to host and display it to operate the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Please review our Disclaimers, which are incorporated into these Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScreenMe Consulting Services and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScreenMe Consulting Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
