1. All sales are final
Because our products are digital and made available immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or as expressly stated below.
2. Job postings
Payments for single job postings, including 30-day and run-till-filled listings, are non-refundable once the purchase is completed. This applies regardless of the number of views, clicks, or applications a posting receives, and regardless of whether a role is filled.
3. Job posting packages and credits
- Multi-post packages are sold as a bundle of posting credits at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once purchased.
- Credits are applied to your account and remain usable until they expire. Unused credits are not redeemable for cash and are forfeited upon expiration.
- Packages cannot be partially refunded based on the number of credits remaining.
4. Add-on and career services
Add-on services (such as résumé review, interview preparation, and LinkedIn profile customization) and staffing or recruiting services are non-refundable once work has begun or a session has been scheduled. If you have a concern about a service you purchased, contact us and we will work with you in good faith.
5. Cancellations
You may stop using the Service or remove a posting at any time. Doing so does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining time or for any unused portion of a purchase.
6. Billing errors and exceptions
- Duplicate or erroneous charges. If you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same item, contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and correct verified errors.
- Where required by law. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
