As a Lead Project Manager within our eCOA function, you will play a critical role in leading complex client projects, ensuring delivery of high-quality services on time and within budget while fostering a strong customer-centric culture. You will also lead and develop Project Management staff, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across programs.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead, mentor, and manage Project Management staff, including career development, training oversight, and performance management
Conduct quality reviews of system setups and project documentation to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards
Facilitate team communication through regular status meetings, workload monitoring, and forecasting activities
Define and track performance metrics to drive team efficiency and continuous improvement
Independently manage the full lifecycle of clinical trial programs, including planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout activities
Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable plans for cross-functional internal teams
Oversee study documentation, reporting, equipment distribution, and data archiving processes
Manage study timelines, budgets, and financial performance, including forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation
Identify risks proactively, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed
Lead internal and external stakeholder interactions, including client communications and negotiations, to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Drive problem-solving initiatives to resolve customer issues and maintain clear issue tracking for timely resolution
Support cross-functional teams and contribute to operational readiness for new product or service initiatives
Participate in client-facing meetings, including investigator meetings, and support business development initiatives where required
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated project management experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry
5–10 years of experience managing projects within drug development or a related field
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop team members
Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and lifecycle management
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders in English
Experience managing budgets, financial forecasts, and project scope
Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project tracking systems
