Project Manager, Regulatory Affairs

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Global Regulatory Affairs team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of regulatory affairs projects, partnering with clients and cross-functional experts to ensure high-quality outcomes, effective collaboration, and successful project execution. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of project leadership, client partnership, and regulatory expertise while contributing to the advancement of innovative healthcare solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead the delivery of regulatory affairs projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on project delivery matters, building trusted relationships through clear communication and proactive problem solving.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource strategies aligned with client objectives and business priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regulatory strategy, regulatory operations, labeling, CMC, safety, and other specialist functions as required.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project deliverables meet regulatory, quality, and client requirements.
• Track project performance and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support proposal development and business development activities by contributing project management expertise and operational insights.
• Share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and ways of working.
• Foster collaboration across project teams and support the development of colleagues through knowledge sharing and mentorship.

• Experience managing complex projects within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of regulatory affairs processes and the drug development lifecycle is preferred.
